Your Design Center profile as DXF
Export the profile you drew in the Design Center's Profile tool, from this browser, as a DXF section.
File formats
- DXF (AutoCAD R12): the section as a polyline on a PROFILE layer, each hem on its own layer, leg lengths as text on a DIMS layer and notes on a NOTES layer, in inches. AutoCAD, Revit and most CAD tools import DXF.
- Revit family (.rfa): a Revit family can only be authored inside Autodesk Revit, so this page does not produce one. Import the DXF into a Revit detail or family instead.
- IFC: not yet available.
Drawings here are preliminary. AFS confirms every profile before fabrication, and the project's drawings and specifications govern.
